• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.

Cancellation Rules

1. If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
2. If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
3. If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
4. If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation & Refund

• 25% Charge: For Cancellation before 15 days of check-in.
• 50% charge: For cancellations before 7 days of check-in
• 100% charge: For cancellations before 2 days of check-in or no-shows.​
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 working days].​

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years: Complimentary (up to 2 per booking). Additional children charged ₹1,500 + GST per child.
• Children 6–11 years: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.
• Children 12 years and above: Considered adults.​
